The Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple in Tirumala will stay closed from 3.30 pm on September 7 till 3 am on September 8 because of the lunar eclipse interval, stated an official from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.
The offline Srivani darshan on September 7 has been rescheduled to 1 pm, stated the official.
“The temple will stay shut through the eclipse interval and reopen for devotees within the early hours of September 8,” the official advised PTI.
The temple physique additional stated that because of the Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam ritual on September 16, VIP suggestion letters won't be accepted on September 15.
The TTD has requested devotees to cooperate with the preparations in view of the lunar eclipse and upcoming rituals on the Tirumala temple.
