Chief Justice B R Gavai-led bench on Could 20 barred contemporary legislation graduates from showing in entry stage judicial companies examination and stuck a minimal three-year legislation follow standards.
On Monday, the bench, additionally comprising Justices Justices Okay Vinod Chandran and N V Anjaria, refused to look at a plea of Naveed Bukhtiya and 5 others, who're practising legal professionals, and have challenged the recruitment notification of Could 14 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Fee because it didn't mandate the three-year follow rule.
