The incident occurred at Mokshi village in Savli taluka of Vadodara district, an official from Bhadarwa police station stated.
A tanker was being heated to switch caught asphalt from the automobile into barrels when it blew up, killing three individuals standing close by, the official stated. Among the many deceased have been the driving force and cleaner of the automobile, in addition to a labourer, he stated.
“The tanker was being heated to take away the caught asphalt. Throughout this course of, the fuel strain contained in the tanker elevated, and it exploded,” the police official stated.
The our bodies of the victims have been shifted to a hospital in Vadodara for autopsy, he stated.
The deceased have been recognized as Armaan Ziaullah (26), a resident of Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh, Ashok Gurjar (21) from Alwar in Rajasthan, and Shakib Akhtar Khan (33), a resident of Vadodara.
