The son of the previous England footballer Stuart Pearce has been named because the sufferer of a deadly tractor crash within the Cotswolds.
Harley Pearce, 21, died on the scene of the collision on 16 October on the A417 at Outdated Birdlip Hill, in Witcombe, close to Gloucester, Gloucestershire police stated.
Harley, who lived in Marlborough, Wiltshire, was the youthful of Stuart Pearce's two kids. Pearce received 78 caps for England and went on to be caretaker supervisor for the nationwide squad in 2012.
In an announcement issued by police, Harley's household stated: “Our household is really shocked and totally heartbroken on the lack of our cherished son and devoted brother, Harley. A soul who left an unforgettable imprint on all who knew him.
“He was a golden boy with an infectious smile, and this surprising tragedy will go away an enormous gap within the hearts of those that had been lucky sufficient to have identified him.
“With a quiet, understated power and deep kindness, we're so pleased with the younger man he had change into, exhibiting a beautiful work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit within the farming business. He'll at all times be our shining star. Relaxation in peace, our stunning son and brother. You'll by no means ever be forgotten.”
His household have requested that their privateness is revered, police added.
Stuart Pearce's former membership, Nottingham Forest, posted on X: “We're deeply saddened to be taught of the passing of Harley Pearce. The ideas of everybody linked with Nottingham Forest are with Stuart and his household at this actually tough time.”
