The Supreme Courtroom of India has addressed the priority over the rising canine chunk incidents in institutional areas comparable to faculties, hospitals, bus stands, and railway stations. The apex courtroom directed states, Union Territories, and authorities together with NHAI to relocate stray canines and cattle to designated shelters after sterilisation and vaccination. Establishments are required to safe premises with fencing and appoint a nodal officer to make sure stray animals don't enter. BJP chief Vijay Goel welcomes the order, whereas Maneka Gandhi has referred to as it impractical.
