In a significant motion beneath the Illegal Actions (Prevention) Act (UAPA), the police in Sopore connected the residential property for its use in offering shelter and logistical assist to terrorists concerned in illegal and anti-national actions, a police spokesman stated.
 He stated the property contains a single-storey residential home together with land measuring three kanals and three marlas located at Reban Ramham. The property falls beneath the possession of Javaid Ahmad Dar, resident of Reban space of Sopore within the north Kashmir district.
The attachment has been made in reference to an FIR registered beneath varied sections of the UAPA and the Arms Act, the spokesman stated.
Throughout the course of investigation, it was discovered that the stated property was wilfully used for harbouring terrorists and facilitating their keep, thereby aiding the execution of terror actions within the Sopore space, he stated.
