The fourth round of India-New Zealand FTA negotiations commenced in Auckland on November 3.The FTA negotiations had been formally launched on March 16, 2025.India's bilateral merchandise commerce with New Zealand stood at USD 1.3 billion in 2024-25, registering a development of almost 49 per cent over the earlier yr.
India's key items exports to New Zealand embrace clothes, materials, and residential textiles; medicines and medical provides; refined petrol; agricultural tools and equipment corresponding to tractors and irrigation instruments, auto, iron and metal, paper merchandise, electronics, shrimps, diamonds, and basmati rice.
