The agriculture division organised a programme on the Cupboard Corridor in Mantralaya to mark the disbursement by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, an official launch acknowledged on Tuesday.
Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, Agriculture Minister Dattatreya Bharane, cupboard members and Chief Secretary Rajesh Kumar had been current on the event.
Modelled on the Centre's Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) Yojana, the state scheme offers direct monetary help to eligible farmers.
Beneficiaries obtain an extra subsidy of Rs 6,000 per 12 months from the state, aside from the Centre's Rs 6,000 annual help, taking the full profit to Rs 12,000.
On this instalment, subsidies for the interval April-July 2025 had been credited to farmers' accounts. The federal government had earlier disbursed six instalments price Rs 11,130 crore to 93.09 lakh farmers underneath the state scheme.
