After the protests and arrest of sonam wangchuk in Ladakh, LG Kavinder Gupta stated the administration is open to dialogue with native leaders and dedicated to addressing public issues. He highlighted that over 1,000 job openings have been marketed, and 18,000 MSMEs using 50,000 individuals are already lively within the area, alongside development in tourism, schooling, and well being sectors. In the meantime, markets in Leh reopened after administrative relaxations, offering much-needed reduction to each locals and vacationers. Gupta expressed hope that the matter could be resolved quickly with constructive talks.
