SRINAGAR: A Kashmiri cleric who doubled as a paramedic at Srinagar's Govt Medical School has been arrested for allegedly driving a “white-collar” terrorist module that focused medical college students and younger medical doctors — a few of whom are suspects within the community busted in Faridabad hours earlier than Monday's automobile blast in New Delhi.Moulvi Irfan Ahmad Wagay, also called Imam Irfan, from Shopian in south Kashmir allegedly used his entry at GMC and his prayer classes in Srinagar's Nowgam to achieve college students, establish these seen as inclined, and push them towards radicalisation, sources stated Tuesday.Sources described him as a “key determine” who allegedly constructed and expanded a community that recruited medical professionals, raised funds, organized logistics, and procured materials for IEDs.
