In city areas, the joblessness charge for ladies shot as much as 9.3% in September from 8.9% in August, whereas for males it moved as much as 6% from 5.9%.The information confirmed the general Labour Pressure Participation Charge (LFPR) for these within the age group of 15 years and above continued to extend for the third month in a row, rising from 54.2% in June 2025 to 55.3% in September, a five-month excessive.LFPR in rural areas elevated from 56.1% in June 2025 to 57.4% in September LFPR in city areas remained unchanged at 50.9% in comparison with Aug. LFPR for females within the age group of 15 years and above in Sept was 34.1%, the very best stage since Might 2025.
