Rising fintech agency Clear Avenue likes its digs at Silverstein's 4 World Commerce Heart a lot, it's extending its lease by 10 years and including a complete ground.
Clear Avenue added 44,716 ft to broaden its headquarters to 88,000 sq. ft. The corporate first moved to the tower in 2021 in a sublease from MediaMath and two years later, transformed to a direct lease for the entire forty fifth ground. It'll now broaden into your complete forty sixth ground.
Clear Avenue COO Jon Daplyn mentioned the tower's “modern design, spectacular views and proximity to transit have enabled our crew to develop and thrive. Having extra area is crucial to our future progress.”
The two.3 million square-foot tower is 97% leased. Different giant tenants embody Spotify, Zurich American Insurance coverage, Duolingo, SNY, and Rippling.
