Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav stated the latest Chhindwara tragedy, during which a number of youngsters misplaced their lives, was brought on by a defective batch of cough syrup manufactured by a Tamil Nadu-based agency. He said that 3 out of 19 samples failed testing, and the syrup brought on liver and kidney injury.
