A 13-year-old boy has been charged with homicide over the demise of his 11-year-old good friend who was shot at a house in New York's Hudson Valley, police introduced on Friday.
The younger teen was arrested and now faces second diploma homicide costs following the 11-year-old's demise in Newburgh on Thursday morning, WABC reported, citing police.
Officers stated the boy shot and killed his good friend, regardless of preliminary experiences that the sufferer by accident shot himself whereas taking part in with the gun.
A gun was recovered from the scene and three juveniles of curiosity have been recognized after police swarmed on the scene.
