The notification states an anti-dumping obligation of $121.55 per tonne on hot-rolled flat merchandise of alloy or non-alloy metal for 5 years.
The order exempts metal manufactured by Hoa Phat Dung Quat Metal JSC from the obligation.
An investigation carried out by the Directorate Basic of Commerce Treatments (DGTR) concluded that the product had been exported to India at a value under its regular worth.
