Contractors who executed works between 2014 and 2019, with mission worth under Rs 5 crore, will now obtain funds, ending years of economic uncertainty and hardship, the supply stated.
 “The Andhra Pradesh Finance Division is clearing pending payments for small contractors, offering long-awaited monetary reduction…” the supply informed PTI.
The choice, which can see small contractors profit by Rs 400 crore, was taken following orders from Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. The reduction is particularly prolonged to contractors who executed works as much as Rs 5 lakh, with dues pending since 2014.
Based on the supply, the TDP-led authorities has already cleared pending payments in a number of tranches already.
